At DramaCade, we value your freedom to manage your personal data — including the choice to permanently delete your account. Please review the following details carefully before proceeding with your deletion request.

1. Before You Begin

To ensure a smooth and secure deletion process, please confirm the following:

1.1 Your account has no pending payments, refunds, or unresolved support tickets.

1.2 There are no active restrictions, policy violations, or disputes linked to your account.

1.3 You’ve saved any personal data or purchase records you wish to keep.

1.4 You understand that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

2. What Deletion Means

Once your request is processed:

2.1 All personal information, including your profile, watch history, favorites, and preferences, will be permanently removed.

2.2 You will lose access to all features, subscriptions, and content associated with your DramaCade account.

2.3 You will not be able to sign in again using the same credentials.

2.4 If you wish to use DramaCade in the future, you will need to create a new account.

3. Processing Time

After receiving your deletion request, our system will confirm your account eligibility.

The full deletion process typically takes up to 15 business days.

Once initiated, data removal from our servers is automatic and irreversible.

4. Exceptions

Certain circumstances may delay or prevent deletion, including:

4.1 Ongoing legal investigations or data retention requests from authorities.

4.2 Accounts with unresolved financial obligations or chargebacks.

4.3 Scenarios where applicable laws require us to retain transaction or tax records.

These exceptions exist to comply with legal standards and protect both users and platform integrity.

5. Important Notes

5.1 Deleting your account does not cancel past transactions or existing financial responsibilities.

5.2 Purchases, taxes, and refunds will continue to follow their original terms.

5.3 DramaCade retains the right to preserve minimal non-personal audit records for compliance purposes only.

6. How to Request Deletion

You can delete your DramaCade account in one of the following ways:

  • In the app: ProfileSettingsAccountDelete Account; or
  • By emailing contact@dramacade.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
  • Once we verify your identity, your request will be processed promptly according to this policy.
