This Renewal Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms governing DramaCade’s recurring subscription services (“DramaCade Vip”, “Subscription Services”). By enabling a subscription or allowing automatic renewal, you accept this
Agreement in full. If you disagree with any portion, please do not activate or renew Subscription Services.
DramaCade offers subscription-based access to enhanced features, premium episodes, accelerated viewing privileges, or other upgraded functions.
DramaCade provides digital content delivery only. Any device, mobile data usage, or third-party access fees remain the user’s responsibility.
2.1 By subscribing, you authorize DramaCade to charge your selected payment method on a continuous basis until you choose to cancel.
2.2 Subscription benefits activate as soon as payment is successfully processed, and completing your purchase confirms acceptance of the current subscription price.
2.3 Automated renewal occurs at the start of each billing period (weekly, monthly, yearly, or otherwise offered). DramaCade is not responsible for renewal failures due to insufficient funds or payment restrictions.
3.1 Subscription benefits are strictly limited to personal use within DramaCade
3.2 Any attempt to copy, redistribute, modify, or extract subscription content outside the platform is prohibited and may result in suspension or legal action.
3.3 DramaCade may review user activity to ensure compliance with system rules and may restrict access if misuse is detected.

All purchases are final unless required by applicable laws or unless DramaCade is unable to deliver the service due to technical faults.
5.1 DramaCade provides tools within the app for reviewing subscription status and renewal settings.
5.2 Once an automatic renewal is successful, your subscription term will extend accordingly. Renewal payments are non-refundable
5.3 If a billing error occurs, both parties must cooperate to determine the cause and address the issue proportionately to each party’s responsibility.
5.4 DramaCade may revise service features, pricing, or conditions based on business needs. Such changes will be announced in the app or website.
5.5 If pricing changes, new rates apply in the next billing cycle. You must cancel beforehand if you do not wish to continue.
5.6 By maintaining an active subscription, you confirm that transactions processed under your prior authorization are valid and binding.
This Agreement takes effect when you first access DramaCade’s Subscription Services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in account settings.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any period already billed.
Violations of this Agreement may result in suspension, service limitations, or legal remedies as permitted by law.
this Agreement will follow the dispute resolution rules set forth in DramaCade’s general Terms of Use.
Applicable law depends on your region of residence, and arbitration will be conducted in English where required.
If you continue to use DramaCade’s Subscription Services, you indicate full acceptance of this Renewal Agreement.
