It outlines the rules and rights that help keep DramaCade fair, and safe for everyone. By using the DramaCade app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, you’re free to stop using it anytime — no hard feelings.

1. Your Account: Play Fair and Stay Safe

DramaCade is built for one thing — giving you short, sharp, emotional stories. All videos, sounds, and visuals belong to DramaCade or our partners. They’re here for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. Recording, downloading, or reposting any content outside the app isn’t allowed.

3. Ads, Subscriptions, and Upgrades

3.1 Why You See Ads

DramaCade is partially free because ads help keep the lights on. You may see short ads between videos.

We work with trusted partners, but we don’t control what they show. If an ad seems off, you can always let us know.

3.2 Going Premium

Premium users enjoy ad-free viewing and exclusive early releases. All payments are processed through your app store (Google Play or App Store), and their billing rules apply.

3.3 Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Premium subscription through your app store settings. You’ll still enjoy Premium until the end of your billing cycle.

4. What You Can’t Do

Let’s keep DramaCade awesome. You agree not to:

  • Upload or share content that violates laws or others’ rights.

  • Use the app for advertising, spam, or promotions.

  • Break, hack, or mess with our servers, code, or playback system.

  • Pretend to be someone else or misuse another user’s account.

    • If you cross the line, we might have to suspend or terminate your account.

    5. Ownership and Creative Rights

    Everything you see in DramaCade — videos, art, names, code, and design — is protected by copyright and belongs to DramaCade or its licensors.

    You’re welcome to watch and enjoy, but not to copy, remix, or redistribute.
